Under his leadership, North Hills has implemented solar roofs, electric public transportation, WiFi access throughout the property, recycling, and energy saving program.
As a result of his efforts in sustainable development, North Hills was recently named as a finalist for the Best in American Living Award in the Smart Growth Community category. This award is sponsored by the National Home Builder’s Association Design Committee and Professional Builder magazine.
