Bonner at Work

Bonner is the General Manager of North Hills, where he has overseen and directed much of its expansion---creating jobs for our citizens and increasing Raleigh's tax base.

In 2004, Gaylord began working for Kane Realty as a consultant for its urban infill condominium properties and officially joined the team in 2005 as director of residential development at North Hills. In that role, he was responsible for assessing project feasibility, coordinating design, financing, construction and overseeing sales and marketing efforts. 

Gaylord then worked with Kane’s ownership team on market studies, focus groups and networking with local realtors. He established site plans with local and national land planning firms to maximize the community’s social, economic and environmental benefit. 

Gaylord later earned full responsibility for Kane’s residential real estate business. He led teams of development associates and construction managers to develop and construct town homes, condominiums and single-family homes.

As a result of his leadership with Kane, Bonner was named General Manager and currently oversees the day-to-day operations of North Hills. He directs members of Kane’s retail, residential and commercial teams, and is leading a design team in planning the apartment homes currently under construction as part of the North Hills expansion.
